ASJ Installations Ltd installs professional shelving systems across warehouses, universities, supermarkets and commercial spaces nationwide. We’re expanding our team and looking for individuals who want to grow, not just in skill but in mindset and leadership.

This is a hands-on role that builds more than strength. It builds leadership. From day one you’ll learn how to plan, communicate, make decisions under pressure and lead others. You’ll work alongside experienced foremen who will teach you the trade as well as how to take ownership of a team, a job and a result.

You’ll start as part of an installation team, learning the basics of reading drawings, fixing, levelling and completing professional installations to a high standard. If you show consistency, initiative and responsibility, you’ll quickly move toward team leader and foreman positions.

This role suits you if you enjoy physical work and teamwork, want to learn leadership through real experience, are motivated by progress and responsibility, and don’t shy away from early starts, travel or long days when needed.
